Responsibilities:

Resolving service requests (troubleshooting, performance issues);

Obtaining the required certifications;

Technical consultations of customers and partners in software and hardware.
Requirements:

Practical experience with storage server hardware from 1 year;
-
Knowledge and understanding of the principles of storage and storage area networks (SAN);
-
Ability to work with technical documentation;
-
The level of proficiency in English, sufficient for communication with foreign engineers, reading technical documentation, passing internal training exams;
-
Experience in solving service problems;
-
Availability of certificates of manufacturers of server hardware and storage systems will be an advantage;
-
Experience in a system integrator or data center will be an advantage;
-
Knowledge of several vendors from the list will be an advantage: NetApp, DELL / EMC, Huawei, Hitachi, Lenovo, HPE, IBM.
