We are looking for Office Administrator, who would take care about employees, about the fact that the office has always been the order and coziness, and the guests were welcomed friendly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing incoming calls and mail;
- Working with office supplies providers;
- Meeting guests and assisting them;
- Employees travel support;
- Office maintenance and interaction with Landlord.
Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Upper - Intermediate English;
- Proacivity;
- Experience in similar position would be an asset.
