Responsibilities:
Role of IT Engagement Lead for Russia and BCCA HR, Payroll, Hire to Retire tower of the Service Center, Facilities, Security, CORA, and Legal will be responsible for partnering with the business to implement key solutions to support the business strategy, future capabilities as well as ensuring stability of the systems and platforms needed to support ongoing business operations. Those business areas are having a number of business processes which are critical to PepsiCo ongoing operations. This will be key role acting as IT Lead in partnership with the our business, Enterprise Solution DevSecOps and 3rd Party vendor teams utilizing responsive ways of working to ensure that existing solutions are enhanced and maintained to ensure stable business support. This role will also play a key role in building roadmap to enhance existing capabilities as needed and prioritized by the business. Essentially this role will play out as IT Product Owner and be a passionate leader looking for new solutions for the business, who truly enjoys working with a team, designing and delivering great products.
• Act as a IT partner for respective business teams, ensuring the achievement of business results;
• Manages all aspects of the relationship between the IT department and the respective business teams;
• Collaborates with Business and IT teams to help define and drive strategy for future business capabilities;

• Partners with Business teams to help define and prioritize Business Capability Roadmaps;
• Manages a portfolio of IT investments for the needs respective business teams;
• Determines and justifies the business benefits for the implemented IT products, agree on funding sources for IT projects and support services for IT services;
• Collaborates with Business and other IT teams to ensure to drives resolution to day to day business issues and escalate to IT and Business leadership as appropriate;
• Gathers requirements from internal business customers and coordinate work assessments, from small changes in IT systems to complex cross-functional projects;
• Collaborates with external providers of IT solutions and consulting services for means of new Investment ideas elaboration;
• Drives security and compliance processes workflows in IT for Business owned services and applications;
• Executes duties of Pepsico Agile Model IT Product Owner role within applicable products area.
Requirements:
ears of Experience
• 6+ years working in a IT or technical business facing role;
• 4+ years experience with Payroll, HCM and talent management, learning applications such as SAP HCM, Kenexa, Success Factors and HR corporate solutions;
• 2 years of proven PO or PM experience in any structured Agile framework;
Technical Skills
• Demonstrated Project Management and Project Delivery skills;
• Experience working in an Agile environment and experience with Agile development methodologies (i.e. Scrum, XP, Kanban, Lean, etc.);
• Experience of working on a large transformation program and familiarity with SAP or any other ERP a plus;
• Functional expert/consultant level knowledge in SAP HCM is a serious advantage.
Non Technical Skills
• Proven relations management and stakeholder engagement skills;
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization in order to persuade and influence decision making of key business and IT stakeholders;
• Ability to quickly adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced, customer-focused work environment characterized by rapid change, minimal lead times, and multiple competing priorities;
• Strong problem solving and root cause analysis skills;
• Solid knowledge in Personally Identifiable Information management is essential;
• Ability to think strategically and see how parts interact with the big picture;
• Ability to collaborate with IT, vendor and business teams working at remote locations;
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization;
• Ability to solve highly complex, politically sensitive problems across teams and with key stakeholders;
• Strong financial management experience with proven ability to manage annual budget.
