As a Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager at Chilli Partners, you will play a pivotal role in developing and overseeing our compensation and benefits strategies. Your expertise will ensure that our compensation packages remain competitive and that our employees are appropriately recognized for their contributions. You will collaborate closely with HR leadership, finance, and other key stakeholders to achieve these objectives.
What do we expect of you? - Lead the design, implementation, and management of our compensation and benefits programs, encompassing base pay, incentives, and benefits packages;
- Conduct regular market analysis to ensure our compensation packages align with industry standards and remain competitive;
- Establish a comprehensive job evaluation and salary structure to support equitable and consistent compensation decisions;
- Manage the administration of employee benefits programs, including health and wellness, retirement plans, and additional perks;
- Provide guidance and support to HR and management on compensation-related matters, including job offers, promotions, and salary adjustments;
- Oversee the annual performance review and salary adjustment processes;
- Collaborate with external consultants, as necessary, for benchmarking and market analysis;
- Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in compensation and benefits to make proactive recommendations for program enhancements;
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations pertaining to compensation and benefits.
What we’re after - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification is a plus;
- Proven experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably at the senior level;
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools;
- In-depth knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and market trends;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion;
- Exceptional project management skills;
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
