• Maintenance of working books of accounts and reference books of analytical account.
• Control of methodology of account and support of rules of forecast of economic operations between accounting systems in the registration program.
• In addition to forecasting of registration data, in case of need, enters the of economic operations data in the registration system in line with IFRS requirements.
• Preparation of monthly and other periodic reporting under IFRS according to standards of the reporting of the SULZER group with use of corporate system of the reporting of SURE.
• The management and participation in process of monthly verification of data between the companies of the SULZER group.
• Develops progressive forms and methods of conducting account on the basis of application of modern computer aids and accounting computer programs, participation in preparation of specifications for programming of new functionality and improvement of operation.
• Keeps account and reflects in registration system economic transactions of the overtime projects in compliance with relevant provisions of the SULZER company.
• Participates in process of hedging of currency risks and keeps the corresponding account.
• Carries out data collection and participates in preparation of annual budgets.
• Keeps account and control of expenses according to the approved budget in a section of divisions.
• Participates in preparation of information and calculation of quotations for standard operations according to the methodology established in SULZER.
• The analysis of expenses on projects controls and monitors the plan and actual spend.
• Prepares short and medium-term forecasts of economic activity of the enterprise and carries out the analysis of their performance.
• Participates in assessment of a financial and economic condition of the enterprise.
• Controls creation and execution of the plan of the entering and outgoing payments.
• Participates in preparation of budgets for capital investments and ensures control of their execution.
• Participates in preparation of analytical information on results of activity of the enterprise, carries out gathering of intelligence, check, the analysis and specification of data for the company management report.
• Collecting and preparation of information on a condition of receivables.
• Participates in preparation of regulations and business processes of the enterprise.
• Takes part in preparation and registration of changes in accounting policies according to changes of the legislation.
• Takes part in carrying out the analysis of a condition of accounting and international account.
• Performs other duties as assigned by line manager.
