Position Objective:
- Define and execute credit cards sales strategy in terms of cards distribution, perceptual scale via entering partnerships with large and visible brands, retailer networks, and getting Citi branded materials placement in shopping malls, outlets and other locations with high footfall of target customers.
- Deliver remarkable experience and service with focus on target clientele, customer loyalty growth, aiming NPS improvement.
- Deliver on business PnL KPIs, acquisition and portfolio targets, minimize Operational Efficiency
- Ensure products \ projects profitability and payback within 36 months.
- Coordinate and manage all stages of deals with the partners, work with internal departments to support deals and projects (new co-branded programs, X-cell on partner’s database, special programs), communicate with partners and the bank employees to solve issues, claims and improving the projects. Lead on-going internal and external reporting forms.
Principal Responsibilities: - Responsibility for pipeline’s deals (negotiation with partners, keep and improve relationships with existing and potential partners, sign and launch new deals with the partners);
- Creating and managing initiatives to increase cards acquisition and portfolio behavior;
- Responsible for a coordination of effort of involved specialists from different Citi departments to launch new deals, improving existing partnerships and internal processes, solve issues.
- Responsible for partnership deals results in part of acquisition, portfolio, special events and campaigns.
Knowledge/Experience:
- The candidate for this position should have at least 3 years of working experience in financial services industry as a head of unit. The knowledge of credit cards and banking market would be an advantage.
Skills:
- The person should be a competent MS Office user with ability to analyze data and combine it into meaningful patterns. Strong communication, management skills and presentation verbal and writing skills in English and Russian are required.
Qualifications: - The candidate should have high education.
- Business/economics related degree/diploma is advantage. Professional courses (improving professional skills like sales, communications, negotiations, technical solutions or other), and professional achievements for the previous jobs would be an advantage.
Competencies: - The person required should be a strong team player, target oriented, and ready-to-study person. Good English (reading, speaking, writing). Good negotiating and sales skills. The person should have experience to run complicated projects/programs, involving negotiation on top-management level of partners and within the bank in both Russia and English.
