IKEA Purchasing is the organization that forms a link between the factory floor and the products on IKEA store shelves, co-operating with about 1100 suppliers in 55 countries. The main task of Purchasing & Logistics Area North-East Europe (Russia, Kazakhstan) is to purchase IKEA products of good function and quality, at the lowest possible price. But the price is not the only criteria taken into consideration when deciding about cooperation with a given producer. The IKEA Code of Conduct imposes big requirements on the suppliers, with regards to working conditions and environmental protection.
We are currently looking for Purchasing Office administrator
Requirements:
- Proven experience in detecting efficiency opportunities and applying solutions to decrease costs;
- Strong interpersonal, communications, analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills utilizing a highly developed service focus and the IKEA culture and values;
- Strong decision-making skills resulting in the ability to influence and take action;
- Ability to establish trustful relationships and commitments with co-workers across all levels of the organization;
- Strong attention to details;
- Self-reliant and motivated to work as part of a larger team;
- Open minded and actively seeks out new ways of working;
- Ability to find and set fast implementation of new solutions;
- Knowledge of English and Russian language
Your task will include:
- Administration processes (IT local needs, office equipment, mobile coтnection, car-pool, procurement and tendering operations, contracts handling processes, etc)
- Supplier Portal (create and follow up access for suppliers)
- Be responsible for Electrical Safety
- Secure that the local routines are in line with Rules & Guidelines and other directions given by IKEA Services and adapt them to local standard and laws;
- Participate in other administrative processes initiated by Business Navigation and Administration department:
- Make sure that local routines are established and support the implementation of the routines in PSO company;
- Working with PSO company and Inter IKEA group priorities and follow up that this is carried out;
- Find new ways of working to make the administration area in PSO company leaner, quicker and simpler;
- Contribute in development projects, proven solutions implementation;
