Responsibilities:
1) Recruitment:
- preparation of requisition for open position in Talent link program and other forms for Central HR office (PCF, benchmark request)
- posting advertisement in different sources
- concluding agreements with recruiting agencies
- reviewing resumes, performing telephone interviews and first step ‘face to face interview’, reference checks
2) Keeping employee records up to date in two employees databases: 1C and Success Factors;
3) Continuous work with staff: adaptation of newcomers; problems solving
4) Job descriptions development and review
5) Assistance in corporate events preparation: making presentation and assistance in preparation
6) Corporate training arrangement (through training companies)
- training budget planning and control
- searching for training companies and concluding agreements
- training assistance and guidance
7) Assist in PMS (performance management) process: employees and managers guidance
8) HR documentary maintenance of EMO/ECIS in accordance with Russian Labor law, including:
- Registration of employment and dismissal
- Personal files of employees, personal cards (T2) and Russian work record cards maintenance
- Orders and additional agreements for every step (change of position, salary, bonuses, etc.)
- Vacations paper work (planning, request, orders, days offs tracking )
- Preparation of documents for employees for bank credits, foreign passports, etc.
- Work time sheets preparation
- Labor protection documents (special set of documents and procedures)
9) Assisting in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures in Russian and English language;
10) Supervision of Receptionist and Travel coordinator, including their replacement during their vacations
11) HEAT Program Request generating ( IT platform for all users support)
12) Internal intranet site updating
13) Miscellaneous task given by upper management
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in HR department as HR generalist
- employment law awareness
- strong organizational and administrative skills
- fluency in English
- excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and strong interpersonal skills and diplomacy
- must be able to work effectively under minimum supervision
- ability to work under pressure and be very flexible.
- bright, positive, self-motivated, enthusiastic team player.
- computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
