Responsibilities:
• Manage projects related to FBCIS SAP system
• Supervise FBCIS SAP SD consultant in Russia
• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP SD/LE module to enhance the client’s business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
• Find solutions, design, configure and test in SAP SD/LE module
• Solve functional problems linked to FBCIS SAP SD/LE environment
• Manage or participate in different projects
• Cooperate with different parties, including outsourcing, to find out right solutions which are respecting SG rules and recommendations
• Use ServiceNow ticketing tool and comply with SLA
• Develop and support StreamServe system
• QlikView reports development
Requirements:
• Significant hands-on SAP SD configuration, experience including enterprise structures, order management, invoicing, output management, master data, pricing, credit management, trade rebates, shipments, shipping cost calculation
• ABAP SAP language reading code and debugging skills- not critical but good to have
• Technical skills to monitor/develop forms in StreameServe.
• Leadership and team working skills
• Multicultural experience
• Good knowledge of documentation creation
• English language intermediate level
