Responsibilities:
• Participation in the budgeting process;
• Provide support on all issues related to budgeting, forecasting;
• Control over budget execution, plan-fact analysis;
• Controls the activities of Outsourcing Partner Company to secure the proper level of financial and accounting services;
• Control over and secure that correct primary financial documents are submitted to Outsourcing Company (accountant’s archives, documents, reconciliation checks, etc.);
• Control over the correctness of the Service Supplier’s invoices according to the Contract terms and conditions;
• Ensure adequate Internal Control over the current company's operations (business trips, representative and office expenses, corporate transport way lists, stock takes);
• Control and ensure proper allocation of expenses on monthly basis;
• Control over the quality and correctness of the employee’s financial reports;
• Participate and control over the preparation of monthly, yearly management and financial reports;
• Coordinate the activities of Outsourcing Company in a process of financial report preparation. Check, approve with General Director before submitting it to HQ. Give comments and explanations to HQ financial department if required;
• Secure the constant communication and day to day work co-ordination with Head Quarter Financial Department;
• Controlling and planning the company's cash flow (incoming /outcoming payments, loans) to secure its effective operations;
• Execute credit control, timely payments from the Customers. Inform Sales and Customer Service departments about the payments status and actions required;
• Liaison with external as well as internal audits, tax inspections;
• Participate in Tax reports preparation. Checking tax reports prepared by Outsourcing Company, approve it by GD before sending to tax inspectors;
• Other tasks according to General Director`s request;
Requirements:
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in accounting and budgeting preferably with a foreign company, dealing in b2b in FMCG sector;
• Experience of work in accounting for imported goods, customs documents.
• Higher education in Finance/ Audit or Economics;
• Knowledge of International IFRS and Russian accounting standards;
• Experience with Tax reports preparation, fixed assets:
• Qualified accountant experienced with 1C and other ERP systems;
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (advanced Excel user);
• Analytical mindset, ability to work with large data files;
• High level of responsibility, result oriented, the problem-solving approach;
• Ability to offer solutions and make decisions;
• Ability to work intensively within strict deadlines, with a high level of independence;
• Experience of co-operation with Outsourcing Accountant and Financial Service Provider is highly appreciated;
• Team worker. Good communication skills;
• English: fluent, written and verbal to be able to communicate professionally with Head Quarter Financial department;
