Qualification:
- Higher education
- Fluent spoken and written English, German is a plus
- More than 1 year experience working in the position of L&D Specialist.
- Systematic approach: systematization of processes, process management, resources and time. Focus on results: repetition of efforts in achieving goals and overcoming challenges, willingness to take personal responsibility for the quality of work. Open mindset, innovative approach to problem solving.
- Excellent Team player
Responsibilities:
- Ensure L&D policies and practices are up to date. Monitor employees follow them.
- Design concepts, organize and hold (where applicable) training programs on general, professional and leadership capabilities for all employees and managers. Hold tenders among providers for external trainings. Ensure effectiveness of trainings. Organization of trainings incl. process support (coffee, room booking, invitations to employees, training schedule, planning & controlling budget, follow up & evaluation), invoice payment.
- Control language education process effectiveness and following of policies. Hold tenders among providers.
- Organization of inductions for new comers and conduction of LD part within this events
- Organization of performance management and IDP processes, tracking the system completion by employees, conducting info sessions for managers and employees. Reports & analytics from HR system. Cooperate with global team on system improvement.
- Organization of development centers for talents.
- Responsible for intranet pages in the relevant areas.
- Support in Talent Review organization.
- Cooperation with providers in all above processes.
- Invoice payment processes.
- Conduct info session in L&D topics for employees and managers.
- Participation in other department projects: Feedback culture, mentoring, ect.
- Cooperation and sharing best practices with colleagues from global team and local HR team on all above topics.
Employment during the maternity leave of employee.
