Responsibilities:
Paralegal role with opportunities to be involved in various practices of the Firm.
Consulting and communication with clients' management and auditors.
Work with foreign consultants, register authorities and tax authorities abroad on issues, related to business activities of foreign companies (incorporation/dissolution, annual financial statements, tax issues, etc.).
Client orders fulfillment referring to non-resident companies, placing orders, follow-up control.
Senior lawyer administrative backing on drawing up legal opinions on the tax, currency, joint-stock law, etc.
Case law research and analysis, composing notes and summaries for internal use, drafting contracts, memoranda, PoA’s, other forms of documents in English and Russian languages, within various jurisdictions ??on the basis of available templates.
Participation in legal due diligence, review and analysis of documents, proofreading and crosschecking contracts and reports.
Client files formation and maintenance. Keep track on records of corporate documents, POAs issued on behalf of Client’s legal entities.
Keep track on records of received requests for contacts review.
Keep track on invoices settlement.
Work with public notary offices.
Various administrative duties, including, but not limited to drafting correspondence, outgoing/incoming correspondence register maintenance, scheduling meetings, incoming calls handling, letters and parcels receipt/sending, maintaining files, other support as assign ad hoc.
Requirements:
Advanced Engish, both oral and written.
Legal \ Accounting background would definately be your asset.
PC proficient User (MS Office - Word,Excel, PP; Photoshop)
Previous international counterparts liason experience.
Advanced communication skills and buddhist monk stress resistance)
