Our main focus is to help our customers increase sales and manage, monitor, and execute their sales process with ease. Our solution provides our clients with a platform that allows them to do it all. We allow them to integrate their social outlets, emails, phone calls and websites along with providing them the tools needed to automate their sales process.
Overview / Your Responsibilities
- You will be given warm leads and it will be up to you to call and educate the prospects about our CRM solution
- Our prospects are expecting us to call so this is not a sales position where you have to convince them to stay on the phone with you
- They are waiting for you to call and educate them about amoCRM so they can decide if this will be a good fit
- Set up a day and time for the demo for yourself and your team members.
- Execute demos with prospects
- Follow-up via email and phone until the prospect is ready to buy and becomes a happy customer
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers
Requirements
- We are looking for someone who wants to grow with our company and hungry to learn
- We are expanding at a rapid pace and have clients worldwide. Therefore we need someone who is hungry for success and ready to battle
- Prior sales experience is a plus, but not necessary
- We can teach you all of the in's and out's of our CRM solution, but we expect you to know how to communicate ideas properly. (in-house training provided, from day 1)
- You need to be able to be autonomous and responsible for your own actions
- A must is to have excellent time-management skills
- It's mandatory to have excellent English written and verbal skills
- Ready to work from 12pm to 9pm, 13pm to 10pm (lunch hour included) or later hours (MSK)
Compensation
- Base salary of 30.000 RUB plus bonuses
- Work from the comfort of your home
