We are currently recruiting a Sales manager, End customers to join our Sales Team Essity Professional Hygiene. We are looking for a strong sales leader to be responsible for the team of Account Managers working with end customers within our B2B Professional Hygiene business.
The role will be highly focused on Moscow and Central Russia. The position is preferable based in Moscow.

Main tasks:
- Leads, directs sales team including coach team members on sales techniques, personal feedback
- Develops the respective sales organization to achieve maximum efficiency & effectiveness
- Translates local business plans into sales plans, activities, and campaigns and manage the day-to-day activities of a sales team for an assigned geography, channel, and/or customers
- Prepares sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales value, identify problem/opportunities areas and adapt procedures
- Supports Account Managers in sales with existing and new customers who are of strategic importance to the organization
- Contributes to the development of sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing, and distribution plans/strategies for area of responsibility
- Is responsible for customer profitability
- Generates knowledge on market development/customer needs and competitor activities and distribute to internal stakeholders
- Participates in creation and realization of Essity sales strategy
- Is responsible for realizing local sales, volume, profitability, market share objectives and local cost control (including local headcount)
Key competencies:
- Minimum 8 years sales experience
- Deep understanding of customers insight in order to develop and execute efficient sales process in relation to existing and potential customers
- Minimum 3 year team management experience
- Holistic thinking
- Customer and Consumer driven
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Highly engaged and team player
- Solution instead of problems thinking
- Fluent English
