This is an exciting opportunity to join the KCP EEMEIA (Eastern Europe, Middle East, Israel, Africa) Cluster marketing team, within the key growth region of the EMEA KCP business. Reporting into the EEMEIA Regional Marketing Leader you will be functionally responsible for driving sustained profitable growth across our focus segments including Offices, Healthcare, Food Services and/or lodging.
You will do this through developing a detailed understanding of Market structure, its key players, business needs, channels, competitors, and the industry opinion leaders.
Within your assigned segments, you will lead EEMEIA in strategy development, innovation and deployment of agreed marketing programs and product commercialisation, in order to achieve revenue and gross profit objectives for the region
Structure:
- Manage-self Senior Professional / Manager (without direct subordinates)
Strategy Development
- Defines market segment strategy for 3 year Strategic Business Plans & Annual Business Plans
- Provides market segment insights to central teams, to ensure commercialisation and innovation plans fulfil local market needs
- Develops winning value propositions including ideal product portfolio & claims
- Acts as a member of the Market Segment Community of Practice to share & learn market segment best practices to drive growth
- Monitors segment (share, sales, profit), category (sales, profit) & marketing program (ROI) performance and adjust accordingly
Commercial Programs
- Understands total customer experience and knowledge of DMU needs, personas, journeys, triggers etc
- Develops and adapts omni-channel commercial program designs & executes for the assigned market segment (creative, production, content, media, customer engagement programs & lead management process)
- Executes agile commercial program measurement including media tracking (online & offline), optimization & multi-variant testing, social listening, funnel metrics for assigned commercial programs
- Develops and adapts digital sales tools, websites, SEO/SEM etc.
- Leverages marketing content available in the Digital Asset Management System where possible; where unique content is created, ensure it is uploaded & maintained in the DAM System
- Manages assigned marketing budget
Sales Execution
- Works with sub-regional associate marketing managers and sales organizations to develop the business model & customer experience plan for the assigned market segment
- In conjunction with sub-regional associate marketing managers designs & executes full potential, account-based marketing programs by working with sales to identify key account targets & develop joint growth plans for the assigned market segment
- In conjunction with Customer, Channel & Brand Marketing team members, develop & execute detailed product commercialization plans for innovation projects for the market
- Builds capability of sales organization in key jobs to be done & insights associated with assigned market segments to improve sales closure rates
- Actively visits customers and channel partners to capture insights and check and adjust marketing programs
Functional Skills
- Strong business & organizational acumen – understanding of market dynamics, P&L management & commercial mind-set
- Proven track record of translating customer insights into actionable marketing programs and tactics
- Market research & marketing agency management
- Strong understanding of brand foundational tools
- Strong analytics skills
- Able to make tough, informed decisions quickly to keep performance on track
- Experience in developing end- user and channel understanding and insights
- Fluent in English
Essential
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing preferred, further education in business-related discipline and advantage
- 7-10 years of experience in marketing roles with a demonstrated track record of achievement
- Highly experienced in cross cultural, regional and functional collaboration
- Experience and knowledge of workings in EEMEIA markets
- Managing & successfully influencing complex stakeholder relationships
Travel
- Up to 40% Travel required
