MAIN PURPOSE:
•The core function of the Russia Product Support Manager (PSM) is to manage all aspects of Product Support related activities (Product Support, Warranty and Technical Training) provided by CNH Industrial to support the brands and associated dealer networks across Russia.
•Responsible for consulting with Russia functional leaders and APAC Product Support to ensure aftersales support activities are aligned with the strategies and objectives of the Russia Business.
•Primary contact for global support functions to ensure product related safety, performance and quality issues are accurately documented, escalated and managed to minimise potential impact to Russia market share performance, commercial targets (Gross Margin & Revenue) and customer satisfaction.
MAIN ACCOUNTABIITIES:
•Effective departmental management including staff development and financial control.
•Accurate reporting to Global Product Lines on safety, legal, performance and quality issues that are impacting or have the potential to impact commercial activities and customer satisfaction within the Russia sub-region.
•Coordinating local management and mitigation of safety, environmental and performance issues in conjunction with CNH Industrial Legal Council.
•Russia Delegate for CNH Industrial Product Safety.
•Contribute to strategic planning and management of Russia Business to achieve market share, gross margin and revenue targets.
•Management of CNH Industrial Warranty and Policy budgets and processes, including purchased warranty.
•Management of SOX and DOA compliance within Product Support.
•Manage strategies and processes relating to the delivery of technical training to the CNH Industrial dealer networks.
•Management of Product Improvement Programs. (PIP)
•Contribute to the implementation of initiatives to increase service capabilities and customer satisfaction within the CNH Industrial Dealer Networks
•Work closely Internal Brand representatives to ensure timely information flow and continual working relationship improvement.
REQUIREMENTS:
•Min 5 yrs in Aftersales Management (Agriculture/Construction/Automotive) or related industry
•Relevant technical / engineering degree or similar qualification
•Relevant Management degree or similar qualification
•Ability to present to a range of audiences including senior management
•Ability to manage workload and competing demands
•Ability to coach and motivate others
•Proactive, flexible and embrace working within a constantly changing environment
•Possess a collaborative working style
•Strong, well-developed interpersonal skills
