Position objective:
- Analysis and prioritization of investment opportunities and asks for consumer business development. Redesign of strategic processes in order to achieve improvement of efficiency and customer experience.
- Coordination and post implementation controls over tech-related changes
- Management of complex regulatory-related projects, as well as efficiency improvements and business process optimization programs, considered as critical for consumer business.
- Coordinate efforts of local and regional stakeholders on cross-functional complex projects development and implementation; maximize effectiveness of resources through properly designed roles and responsibilities.
- Handling the role of Chief of staff of Consumer business management office.
- Leading Change management office
Principal responsibilities:
- To identify opportunities and to re-engineer processes that will make a significant contribution to business goals in line with overall business strategy - of increasing productivity while improving the customer experience and our delivery turnaround times
- Applying business process analysis and re-engineering methodologies to define, improve, innovate and implement business processes in support of large-scale business process improvement initiatives
- Construct the end to end process information model, leveraging maximum operational value from new and existing technologies and applications
- Will coordinate across the businesses to create the synergy and integration required to effectively implement improvement opportunities.
- Possess an understanding of the impacts of new processes on organizational and individuals, their roles, responsibilities, and skills, as well as organizational reporting, performance, and change management
- Oversee initiatives across all engaged teams in process initiatives ensuring effective collaboration of all stakeholders
- Preparation and presentation of Business Cases to assess the viability of initiatives
- Report on progress of initiatives as they are scoped, tested and implemented
- Ensure Implementation readiness on all impacted and involved Biz/Ops departments, proper communication to all stakeholders on scope and timelines of changes, readiness of new processes
- Post implementation project review with involved stakeholders, control of Project purpose met, including financial benefits with expected Cost saves and revenues.
- Project Risks and Issues tracking and minimizing negative impact of project results.
- Regular interaction with direct supervisor: information on ongoing activities, making suggestions, participation in the department’s development strategy
- Performance control, Professional development and training of Project Manager(s)
Knowledge/Experience:
- A proven track record in managing change within a large, dynamic organization to elicit bold improvements yielding measurable, tangible results
- Experience in innovating is essential as differentiator and competitive advantag
- Proven experience in facilitating brainstorming workshops
- Large programs implementation experience
- Expertise in Process Improvement methods, tools and techniques
- Proven experience in Process Mgmt with proven results in process reengineering execution and result delivery is essential, track record of delivering tangible financial cost savings and productivity improvements as a result of re-engineering efforts
- Knowledge of consumer products and processes products
Skills:
- Needs to be one with a ‘critical mind’
- Ability to develop a high performance and motivated team, maintain customer/client relationship
- Motivated, detail oriented individual with an interest in operations and applying guidelines and methodologies for re-engineering and implementation activities
- Strong facilitation/presentation skills
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, time mgmt and excellent prioritization skills
- Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Project experience involving business process analysis, design, innovation, re-engineering and/or impl. activities at a lower level
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Engineering, statistics or other quantitative discipline; MBA strongly preferred
- Background in bank/financial services
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to influence, negotiate, and resolve conflicts as well as deal effectively with senior leaders from all functional backgrounds (e.g. finance, marketing, operations, products), on all aspects of biz operations
