Responsibilities:
- Toyota Lead-management strategy development & implementation
- CRM system development, launch & support together with IT & other departments
- Running marketing campaigns in LMS, ensure efficiency through regular control & reporting
CRM strategy:
- CRM strategy & Customer Lifecycle leadership: inputs collection from business stakeholders, processes and tools description & adaptation to CRM requirements. Data strategy development and realization, incl. definition of all data sources & required IT systems, customer segmentation and communication. Development of Lead Management strategy in line with latest market trends, consumer journey and Brand Sales & Marketing strategy, including definition of required tools, their functionality, integration with IT-systems & processes to support
- Collection of best practices from Toyota Europe & other business areas, development and implementation of recommendations for improving operations
- Cooperation with Toyota Europe regarding Lead Manageent process development, KPI’s reporting
- Research customers satisfaction from Toyota & Lexus leads communication, action plan development based on results together with responsible employees
- Development and implementation of the Leads communication policy, including identification of priority channels, frequency, creative guidelines & tone of voice
IT system development:
- Provide detailed business requirements for system development (Leads data collection and storage; data enrichment; Leads heating, qualification, scoring and handover, communication)
- Ensure correct translation of business requirements to IT-requirements through validation of IT documentation ( concept, functional design, functional description, testing protocol)
- Define 3rd party systems required for system functionality optimization & ensure its integration with internal CRM-system ( DMPs, data providers)
- Progress control & management notification
- System testing
Operational tasks:
- User segmentation: define target audience for different types of campaigns, organize customer contact lists to ensure maximum user engagement and best possible results of CRM campaigns
- Create automated marketing campaigns in CRM-system & ensure regular optimization
- Initiate & run supplier selection procedure in order to ensure best quality of service
- Content management: develop communication calendar based on marketing calendar & optimal frequency of trigger campaigns to ensure best efficiency
- E-mails layout and other communication LMS assets development (SMS, scripts for campaigns realization) together with creative, media & CRM-agency
- Conducting quality assurance (QA) to ensure content accuracy, link functionality and displaying in different browsers, mailboxes (incl. mobile version at smartphones)
- Track and analyze online marketing campaigns
- Support any other Digital activities: website support & new content development, digital efficiency tracking and increase, media activities support
Requirements:
- Higher education (Marketing is a preference, IT is a plus)
- CRM experience (MS Dynamics) not less than 3 years
- CRM platform launch experience
- Creative assets development and approval experience
- Upper-intermediate English
