Responsibilities:
- Managing all HR activities in a group of companies of approximately 150 employees;
- Developing creative personnel recruitment strategy in the post-Soviet bloc and in Eastern/Central Europe, from engaging with non-traditional media to building a referral incentive program.
- Maintaining of skilled personnel reserve
- Leading and coordinating adaptation procedures and on-boarding for all newcomers;
- Building internal-external brand alignment
- Building internal and external company culture.
- Inspiring employees, building their spirits and motivating them;
- Conducting employee performance reviews.
- Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job;
- Developing KPI system for all positions;
- Taking appropriate disciplinary actions, resolving and minimizing conflicts and misunderstandings between employees.
Requirements:
- A degree in human resources or psychology;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English language;
- Creativity is a must;
- Successful experience in implementation of HR Projects;
- ?Work experience in human resources department in a management position in company with 100-300 employees (minimum 4-5 years);
- Experience in pharmaceutical filed would be a major asset;
- Excellent leadership qualities including recognizing the strengths and weaknesses in yourself and others;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Focus on quality, precision, and effective delivery of results.
