* Temporary contract for the period of maternity leave of the current employee
You will be responsible for:
- Pricing:
- Price monitoring (Market Parcer tools to steer YMarket data)
- Price setup in CRM (price lists with specs. distribution)
- Create specifications into CRM, attach them inside of sales opportunities
- Tender, special price offers, discount requests should be streamlined via CRM
???????2. CRM:
- Prepare strategy and road map for effective implementation of SDFC for management level, direct and Indirect sales channels efficiency monitoring
- Adapt and modify SFDC for marketing and sales channel task
- Implement a standardized procedure to drive campaign management across Direct & In-direct sales channels
- Coordinate activities on Budget preparation
- Set up a process to email Cc to SFDC-robot
- Setup SFDC as an analytical sales tool used for telesales purposes
???????3. Reporting and document flow
- Weekly sell-in/sell-on reports conducting
- Sales reports for DS/IPS values: MASH, sell-in, sell-on, sell-out data (cooperation with Infosource, Context, Gfk, IT Research)
- Support B2B marketing on QuickView reporting tool (overall support, specific reports development, adaptation of the system)
- Support with sales and marketing presentations development upon requests
- Specific reports based on the data from SFDC (sales pipeline, customer specific reports, etc.)
- Sales and GP reports on B2B product groups on weekly basis
- Document workflow related to all marketing suppliers and projects (RFA, Therefore, Procurement etc.) support and execution

Requirements:
- Higher Education (economics, marketing, management)
- at least 2 years of experience within B2B sales and marketing roles
- Proven track record in implementing and conducting SFDC in B2B area
- Experience in budgeting and planning (forecasting, business planning)
- Good database management skills, Microsoft office tools (Excel pro user, etc.) and presentation skills demonstrated through experience or qualifications
- Spoken English

- Able to deliver high quality against pressurized deadlines
- Excellent communications skills
- Creative minded,self-motivated
