As the Product Marketing Manager in B2B Marketing, you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the voice of the product and help it grow a loyal customer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across product development, sales, verticals and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.
You will be responsible for creating the B2B Marketing strategy for specific Industry Vertical (Auto, Real Estate, etc.), working cross-functionally to execute it. You will use strategic thinking and experience in Avito for Business to understand how we can best help our customers' businesses.
Responsibilities
- Lead the effort to deliver results through coordinated marketing programs for multiple segments (enterprise, SMBs, etc.) and audiences (prospects, customers, etc.);
- Work closely with Industry Vertical (e.g. Auto, Real Estate, etc.), Product and Sales to develop integrated marketing strategies and deliver programs that drive growth;
- Design, execute and analyze impact of marketing programs to achieve business goals and optimizing opportunities;
- Deliver results through world-class marketing campaigns and programs and consistent measurement at every stage of the audience journey;
- Work with Marketing Operations teams (Creative, Digital Marketing, Events, etc.) to ensure best practices, tools and processes for campaigns and programs are in place, along with tracking budgets and return on marketing investment.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree. 5 years of relevant B2B marketing experience. Sales, business development or consulting experience is a plus;
- Experience managing campaigns and programs;
- Experience in performance marketing and user acquisition;
- Experience leading matrixed teams in cross-functional environments;
- Ability to speak and write in Russian and English fluently and idiomatically.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA degree. Knowledge of the Classified, Technology, Auto or Real Estate industry;
- Demonstrated knowledge of marketing best practices (e.g. what works at scale);
- Ability to influence at all levels and work effectively across functions;
- Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to develop product strategy/positioning, business plans, customers and market insights, analyze campaign effectiveness/ROI;
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, create thoughtful recommendations, action plans, projects and campaigns that drive business impact;
- Interest in analyzing large, small and medium business products, customers and market dynamics;
- Excellent written/oral communication skills and strong organizational skills.
