Based in Moscow, Russia, the Key Account Manager (Toughbook Business) will be responsible for planning and implementing sales to targeted major accounts in one or several defined vertical markets. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with end customers and partners is essential to be successful in this role. Having a good understanding of the full range of the Computer Products Solutions (CPS) portfolio, the Key Account Manager will challenge the customer to discover their future business needs and offer total solutions by utilising CPS engineering infrastructure.
KAM will work closely with the internal resources to ensure a project is delivered to the full satisfaction of the customer.

Responsibilities:
CUSTOMER RELATIONS/SALES
- Establish and maintain major account relationships
- Identify key areas of influence within the defined accounts, decision makers and ensure they are aware of the benefits and business advantages presented by PSCEU
- Acquire new key accounts based on defined strategy
- Lead and drive the follow-up and closing of major deals through business development
- Meet personal sales targets within the full line of products and solutions
- Complete sales through direct contact with end users and fulfillment via channel partners
- Co-operate with international team members (sales engineers, business support, factory representative) during development of projects in CIS region, Europe and Japan
KEY ACCOUNT STRATEGY
- Continuously analyse the market with regards to opportunities and projects which are relevant for Computer Product Solution
- Together with the Country Manager, put forward a comprehensive account strategy to reach and exceed sales target
- Maintain CRM Tool
- Forecasting and business planning
- Pipeline management and reporting on sales results
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Compliance with Panasonic’s Quality Processes, Policies and Procedures
- Partaking of all corporate requirements i.e. ISM, CSR, Antibribary and Corruption, Competition Law (list not exhaustive)
- Follow both European and Panasonic Russia sales processes
Requirements:
EDUCATION LEVEL AND/OR RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- High education degree of its equivalent is of advantage
- Experience in dealing with end users and large accounts is essential
- Experience in business and account development in B2B is essential
- Background in the IT industry preferred
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- 3-5 years direct sales experience in B2B area in the following verticals:
- Government
- Oil and Gas
- Utilities
- Transportation, logistics and retail
- Understanding of tender legal and execution practice in Russia with partners fulfilling projects’ delivery
- Proven record of long term development of target accounts
- Experience and ability to demonstrate ROI, TCO and execute solution based sales in Russia
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage large projects and key accounts
- Knowledge of the relevant vertical market of advantage
- Fluent in English
- Hunter mentality
- Ability to travel outside of Russia
- Energy, drive and a positive attitude to manage and develop business
- Highly motivated towards exceeding targets and goals
- A team player with a team-based approach to the sales process
- Has an ability to learn quickly and know when to ask questions
- Innovative and brings new ideas to the team
- Willing to work out of hours whenever deadlines need to be met
