About the company
TeraSense Group is an innovative, high-tech manufacturer of terahertz imaging equipment based out of Russia (Moscow region). Due to a significant growth of our products popularity around the world, the number of contractors and customers of the company has greatly increased. We are searching for a skillful and initiative sales manager to promote further company growth.
Requirements:
- Full time work. The office is located in Chernogolovka (Moscow region). We accept part-week work in the office and part-week remote work.
- At least a BA in Business, Marketing, Linguistics, Journalism or related field
- Sales experience (at least 1 year)
- Fluent English (the interview will be conducted in English, so be prepared)
- Ability to find a common ground with international partners and high level of personal responsibility.
- A lot of initiative! We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and is yearning to take on new and exciting projects.
Preferred skills:
- At least some technical educational background
- Comfortable with a high-paced work environment
- Experience with organizing and attending international exhibitions
- Ability to do more with less (money doesn’t always solve all problems in business)
- Good computer skills
- Any other language is a plus (Chinese, German, French, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese)
Duties:
- As part of the sales team, you will serve as “account manager” to existing distribution partners around the world. That means that you will answer their questions, help them with their sales efforts, keep them informed about new products and coordinate with them if they need technical support.
- As part of the sales team, you will reply to new inquiries from direct clients and from potential new distribution partners from around the world. You will also be required to proactively find and establish a dialogue with new potential partners, especially in countries where we still do not have a distributor.
- Organization/planning/attending of international exhibitions
- Semi-frequent domestic and international travel (frequency depends only on how much you want to travel, yourself)
What we offer and other important details:

- We like to promote from within, so if you are interested in learning about marketing/technical support/IT/programming or any other type of position within the company, we are more than happy to support you in your efforts
- Work day is flexible (start anytime from 8am to 1pm).
- Salary: 200K+/month including base part plus bonuses for each sale.
- Reporting to “Director of Sales”
- There will be a single interview, but with several people in the company. The decision will take less than three weeks. We need someone quickly.
- For expats (those without Russian citizenship): although we envisioned this position for a local, we aren’t opposed to looking at your resume.
