REQUIREMENTS
-
Implementation of HR Strategy in communication, budgeting, talent acquisition, recruiting and onboarding;
- Implementation of integrated compensation and employee benefits systems, programs and processes aligned to relevant GROUP Policies and Guidelines, in compliance with local Legislation and according to business requirements;
- Ensure target-oriented internal communication and task related qualification. Provide for employee and task related qualification regarding the requirements of Compliance;

Develop METRO Employer branding strategy to promote recruiting and loyality rate increases;

Manage departmental employees and budget, own employee’s development and performance management;
-
Develop thoughtful, integrated approaches to promote diversity and inclusion in talent attraction, development, and retention;
-
Actively drives a workforce planning for the entire site, selection and onboarding processes ensuring best practice and company policy are applied and the required competence is attracted and retained;
-
Ensure employees documentation maintenance according to Local Labour Law Legislation.
EXPERIENCE
- 5-7+ years of progressively responsible experience as an HR Business Partner and or HR management in a dynamic environment, with specific experience in strategy development, organizational design, talent management, and change management;
- Possesses both critical thinking capability and hands-on HR business plan implementation experience;
- Fluency in English and of Russian languages written and verbal skills;

Demonstrated experience and ability to balance business partnering skills with employee advocacy;

Independent work style, balancing the need for collaboration with minimal supervision;
-
Proactive (has a point of view, challenges assumptions, takes initiative); and a trusted thought-partner (builds relationships, delivers results);

Experience working with HR systems, preferable with Recruiting and Time Management Systems. Proficient working with Microsoft Office.
