Multinational FMCG is opening the postion of Member Marketing Manager
SUMMARY:
To lead Member Marketing function in Russia, managing a team of marketing professionals, defining and implementing marketing strategy aimed to create favorable conditions Member education and trainings, and continuous business growth.
COMMUNICATION: Home Office and EMEA Marketing Teams, Management Team in Moscow and CIS countries
INNOVATION: Creation and implementation of modern, digital training and education system for Company Members in RSM region
RESPONSIBILITIES: To develop and implement Member marketing strategy (Business Development tools & materials, Member Communication, Education & Training) in Russia.
To manage a diverse team of marketing professionals defining their scope of responsibilities, project plans & targets, coordinating activities and controlling the output.
To closely cooperate with local Business Development, Sales, Member Services, Logistics departments, Sales Centers as well as with respective functions in EU and US head offices and peers in other markets to ensure development and execution of the effective Member programs, tools, materials, trainings and promotions.
To closely cooperate with CIS marketing & country managers ensuring re-application of the successfully tools, materials, trainings and other initiatives aimed to drive business growth in respective CIS markets
To closely cooperate with local Members (specifically RSM S&P) defining their needs for new tools, materials, trainings, etc. and ensuring their engagement in the marketing initiatives as well as proactively gathering their feedback.
To manage relations with 3-d party service providers (Agencies, design, print & production houses, etc) ensuring high quality of deliverables at optimal cost.
To develop marketing plans and programs targeted to reach planned sales figures and profitability – based on 90-day plans.
To lead development and adaptation, in line with brand positioning & guidelines, of new business & marketing tools and materials aimed to drive Member business development, DMOs duplication and daily consumption expansion while securing brand’s identity.
To lead Member communication building the brand with them, maintaining their excitement around it as well as driving their business activity and ensuring consistency of brand messages. To develop & maintain weekly DSs newsletter initiative.
To manage on-line Member tools ensuring effective maintenance and update.
To develop and implement Member education & training strategy and continuous training plan (based on the Member life cycle) aimed to ensure consistency in product & science messages, ethical and effective business operations, successful DMOs duplications, responsible approach to corporate brand. Provide easy access and self-learning opportunities.
Together with SS&S develop & execute Member promotions aimed to drive business growth and brand strengthening.
To develop & manage annual marketing budget aimed to support marketing strategy and approved activity plan.
To meet and support Standard Operational Procedures and interact with all departments and Company offices to ensure implementation and understanding of corporate marketing strategies and policies. To perform evaluation of subordinates development to understand training needs and to ensure effective implementation of local marketing plans & strategies.
To manage a diverse of team of marketing professionals defining their scope of responsibilities, project plans & targets, coordinating activities and controlling the output.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years relevant experience (marketing, brand/category management, trade marketing) in a Western company
- University Degree in Marketing or Economics
- Fluent English
- Experience in sales, service marketing, training or direct selling is a big plus
- Marketing & brand management expertise
- Proven excellent project management skills including development and implementation of complex marketing programs and simultaneous management of diverse projects
