We opened a position for a competent and commercially driven candidate who could successfully grow Korn Ferry’s Products business through the effective implementation of the commercial strategy of the Products Group in Russia/CIS and through the effective managing of commercial team and of personal sales to existing clients (both).
Responsibilities:
1. Sales Management
• Ensure the development and realization of the Annual Sales Plan for the Products Group in the country in order to achieve revenue from renewals, yield and new sales
• Define the opportunity and priorities in the local market, set growth plans and targets accordingly (by category), and understand what must be put in place to achieve those targets
• Lead the Sales team (6 managers) in the local execution of our new global strategy to ensure that we sell our suite of products through a strong focus on business development and account management and proper client segmentation
• Foster a client centric culture within the team to seek a high level of cross selling and renewal
• Drive the business to continually seek ways to profitably increase market share and improve sales efficiency, in line with global guidelines and plans
• Collaborate across all Lines of Business on sales and business development to assist in broadening our footprint in our clients, enhancing our conversion rate of opportunity to sales.
• Manage accurate sales forecasting, pipeline and funnel management
2. Clients & Market
• Instill and reinforce the relevant go-to-market strategies for each of the growth engines to maximize the reach of the Products Group to the market and to deliver value propositions in line with evolving local market needs
• Manage a portfolio of complex personal client and customer relationships to ensure the growth of business
• Work closely with Consulting
• As member of the Country Leadership team, contribute to development and implementation of the local Go to Market strategy for Korn Ferry.
3. People Management
• Create a positive team climate to support key employee retention and business performance
• Direct ongoing talent management (including performance management, training and development, succession planning) within the commercial team to ensure it is in line with long term change strategy, business and individual needs as well as KF HR strategy
• Coach team members to improve individual, team Line of Business (LOB) performance
• Contribute to Global and Regional initiatives and represent Russian in network meetings to be actively part of a global and regional network of Sales Leaders
4. Process
• Transform the business to be more commercially focused
• Support the building and maintenance of high quality databases (pay and benefits, employee opinions, leadership styles and climate etc), in line with global standards
Requirements:
• Higher education
• English language – Advanced (or strong Upper Intermediate), Russian - Proficiency
• Proven work experience from 5 years with similar functions in a similar position in consulting services (or closest another B2B services) with good HR background, led successful sales team to on target/superior performance.
And also it will be great if you have:
• Strong managerial and leadership skills gained in a B2B environment
• Proven track record of related competencies and work experience including strong managerial and leadership skills, business acumen, commercial drive, client-centric outlook, ability to deliver (through others) operational excellence
• Knowledge of HR subject matters (recruiting, rewarding, developing, engaging, etc.)
• Stature and presence to manage and lead in a matrix environment that requires building and maintaining effective relationships with a range of stakeholders locally and internationally
• High standards of performance; set some challenging goals, want to achieve meaningful results, focused on key goals
Conditions:
• Official employment according to Russian Legislation, fully official white pay fix. + benefits for achieving sales plans (total average income double the amount of the fixed salary)
