Taking necessary measures to ensure revenue maximization including commercial policies and market conditions of the company

Determining the common tactics and strategies related to daily operations, group bookings, overbook planning, goshow follow-up, interline sales control in order to reach targets determined in accordance with market conditions

Planning capacity, nesting and prices in accordance with budgeted unit price and seat-load-factor of the flight
Planning and coordinating the weekly/monthly/seasonal revenue management strategy of scheduled flights
