Your new company
Our client is famous international company that specialises in electrical and digital building infrastructures. The organisation provides its clients with best solutions in this business sector and gives employees opportunities to grow both professionally and personally.
Your new role
We are looking for professional Head of T&D, who would be able to build up T&D function from the scratch. This role includes development of competency model, creation of training centre, formation of training plan for employees and provide company with full strategy of Training & Development system. This is the only person who will be responsible for T&D part within HR department.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience on a similar position will lead to your success.
To be considered for this role, you need to have at least 5 year of experience in starting up the process/processes within T&D, know English no less than at Upper-Intermediate level. Methodology experience is a must.
