We are looking for an Account Manager to support our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Control and coordinate marketing initiatives of our clients under supervision of marketing manager;
- Timely respond to client's questions, keep outstanding reply speed;
- Make sure the client’s queries are resolved, work closely with technical support;
- Be responsible for client's satisfaction and fulfilment of our obligations;
- Upsell of company's main products.
Requirements:
- Fluent English;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Passion for intensive growth and responsibility;
- Ability to achieve impact and get things done;
- SMM/Marketing experience is a plus;
- Experience in blockchain/crypto industry is a plus;
- Previous experience in client relationship management is a plus.
