Job Description
First point of contact for resources supported in the following areas: Career development, scheduling, skill building, and performance. Help identify and propose right talent from a resource pool and for managing/monitoring aggregate level productivity targets. Drive ongoing coaching conversations as a regular part of employee’s staffing and development experience. Help employees navigate the organization and provide advice about broader performance and career goals in the context of scheduling.
A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
- Work closely with individuals to know their strengths, goals, & preferences and support career development & advancement
- Individual coaching & guidance to support skill development (staffing assignments, meeting performance goals, skills training needs)
- Monitor supply of people by maintaining information and monitoring actual headcount, new hires; report on capacity, chargeability, and availability.
- Cooperate with project supervisors to understand project assumptions and demand priorities for roles.
- Coordinate resource management process to ensure the appropriate resource supply to address forecasted business demands.
- Collaborate with recruiting and procurement teams and colleagues in other entities to ensure proper headcount plan is being achieved.
- Help employees understand the scheduling process, manage expectations

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Sociology, HR or related experience
- 2 years experience either in consulting role or HR
- 2 years of experience managing stakeholder relationships
Preferred Qualifications
Professional Skill Requirements
- Excel, PowerPoint advanced proficiency.
- English and Russian language intermediate or advanced proficiency.
APPLICATION PROCESS
Phone Screening / Digital Interview
You will be invited to complete a short phone screening / digital interview, which you can do at a time and location convenient to you. You’ll need a webcam, either integrated or plug-in on your laptop or PC. This stage of the interview process will cover your understanding of our business and services, and assess your core skills and competencies which are essential to success in the role. Should you be invited to compete the digital interview you will be sent full details on what to expect and how to prepare prior to your interview.
Excel Test in the office
After the phone interview you will be invited to the office to complete Excel test that takes an hour.
Individual Interview
If you are successful at testing and interview stage, you will then be invited to attend a 1:1 interviews in our Moscow office.
