Key Accountabilities:
Development of multichannel eco-system for interaction with target audience and continues channels improvement based on customer experience
Leadership of channels management process and coordination of channels development for Sanofi BUs in accordance to business needs and MCE strategy;
Act as a business partner to all (or applicable) Sanofi BUs and key functions, identifying their needs & objectives in terms of MCM channels development, proposing and guiding them on channel selection and prioritization; enabling usage of those channels and capture business benefits;
Adherence to channels development procedure, essential requirement of the Pharmacovigilance and Quality, knowledge of advertising law and regulatory standards;
Define and follow MCM digital processes, procedures, campaign rules in collaboration with all support functions;
Collaborate with MCM Performance team (other units if necessary) in frames of channels effectiveness measurement, customer and user experience analysis, regular reporting;
Advocate for continuous improvements and industry best practices to advance channels experience, leverage CX/UX best in class practices to increase level of customers satisfaction;
Overall multichannel marketing consultancy/advisory to BU teams, ensuring knowledge & expertise of Sanofi Global digital marketing excellence practices and deep understanding of local marketing landscape. Obligatory participation and contribution to BU brand strategic process.
Be a single point of contact for all BUs in frames of MCE channels management and development;
Cooperation with EMEA region and Global teams, to share experience and to position Eurasia digital operations on a proper level;
Be prepared to learn new technologies: in particular pharma-specific ones such as eDetailing, DWH structure, data management, pharma territory management etc.
Work experience:
From 5 years work experience in digital and marketing, Management experience;
Previously hands-on digital marketing role that include acquisition, conversion and retention strategies across all of the key digital marketing vehicles (paid and organic search, affiliates, display, advertising, re-marketing, CRM, email)
Knowledge:
MS Office, Google and Yandex analytics interfaces, Basic html knowledge
Channels development and ownership expertise
Deep understanding of UX/CX skills in multichannel development
Strong expertise in customer-oriented web-platforms
Experience in optimizing website usability for demand generation and conversion
Solid understanding of landing page best practices and optimization
Marketing automation
the level of proficiency in a foreign language:
Fluent English.
