ABBYY uses Zendesk as its platform to handle all inbound customer support requests across multiple contact channels: e-mail, support portal, chat and to process support tickets through all support levels to product team for bug fixing. As our Support team scales, our Zendesk instance is growing in complexity. We are seeking a smart, motivated, Zendesk expert to help us take our customer support to the next level for all members of support process.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage Zendesk/Help Center technical application;
- Work with Service, Sales and Product leads to understand the needs of our customers and identify optimizations within our current Zendesk instance;
- Analyze requirements and set tasks to the IT teams;
- Evaluate and document the current configuration details of our Zendesk instance;
- Educate and empower internal teams to utilize Zendesk;
- Be a Zendesk ambassador for all internal groups and help them be successful in their roles;
- Investigating and testing new Zendesk features;
- Contact with Zendesk team with bug reports and feature requests;
- Desire to become the domain expert for all Zendesk improvements and releases;
- Create reports and dashboards with Zendesk data.
Requirements (Skills):
- 1-2 years of Zendesk Administrator experience required, administration of other CRM applications;
- Understanding of ITIL principles such as problem management and incident management;
- Experience with front-end development languages such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS;
- Familiarity with SQL (or other database languages);
- Highly motivated communicator capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
- At least Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent;
- Upper-intermediate level of English speaking and writing.
