Main responsibilities:
- Actively participate in organization and control operational and business processes, plan and oversee group arrival as well as corresponding or standalone banquets and event, provide high quality sales process, achieve budget and hotel complex goals.
- According to management assignment promote and present hotel complex and services on the market, visit and work at exhibitions, seminars and other events, negotiate with key and potential clients.
- Set and maintain working relationship with contract parties and banquet or event organizers.
- Correctly input banquet and event information in hotel complex computer system (according to established procedures). Control rooming lists, timely change of rooming lists in hotel complex PMS, give recommendations and assure the quality of service during banquets and events, develop and accord LSOPs, technologies and standards.
- Be fully informed about current business if contracted parties (contact names, plans for further development, potential projects).
- Input contact information in hotel complex computer system client data base (company name, contact names, telephone number, e-mail address, date and time of meetings, etc.).
- Actively participate in contract campaign, assist sales managers in distribution of corporate agreements.
- Provide prices and discount according to volume of business, dates if the event, forecasted occupancy of the hotel complex(rooms and banquet halls). Strictly follow established hotel complex price strategy and procedures. Reconcile terms and conditions according to approved forms of agreements etc.
Education \ Professional experience:
- Higher Degree, preferably in hospitality
- Ability to build strong customer relationship, outstanding negotiation and communication skills
- Good knowledge of the budget and key financial performance, ability to analyze data
- Computer literate in the Windows environment, Opera
- Fluent in English and Russian
- Flexible & persistence
- Excellent presentation
