The Insolar team is looking for a product marketing manager who has a track record of creating effective marketing programs in the B2B space and navigating ambiguity when building new businesses. This is a great opportunity for you to work directly with customers and build marketing campaigns that boost our sales. Also, you’ll work with excellent engineering talent building the most advanced blockchain platform for business.
Product marketing manager at Insolar has ownership over marketing strategy, including market research, messaging, sales enablement toolset and go-to-market optimization. Our customers vary from executives at Fortune 500 companies to developers at early-stage startups. You should be passionate about blockchain technologies and be excited to help customers leverage them to improve business outcomes. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment with fast delivery time, rapid iteration, and data-driven decision-making. The right candidate will have good experience with blockchain, product marketing, and a roll-up-your-sleeves, entrepreneurial approach.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Market intelligence—be the expert on our buyers, who are they, how they buy and their key buying criteria;
Understand the competitive landscape—be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned;
Focus on implementing programs that consistently generate new, high-quality leads for our company;
Collaborate with product management to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target buyer personas;
Develop a marketing plan for the products you support, including key activities to support the acquisition of new customers;
Assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs that support your products on an ongoing basis, and report back to the business on required changes;
Plan the launches of net-new products and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan;
Understand and support our sales channels; train them on the problems we solve for our buyers and users; develop internal tools and external collateral and teach them how and when to use it.
We are looking for a candidate that is obsessed with delivering the most customer-centric experience on the planet and has shown ownership over large initiatives and driven them to success. This leader will need to have excellent judgment and the ability to execute while not losing track of the big picture.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
5+ years product marketing experience in B2B software space
Experience in market analysis
Excellent communication skills
