Responsibility:
Hold full responsibility for talent acquisition with recruitment volume around 360 positions per annum.
Talent acquisition strategy
- Develop and implement best in class talent acquisition strategy based on short-term and long-term business needs proposing pro-active business support in talent sourcing
- Manage, leverage and challenge the existing talent acquisition methods and systems to generate a proactive approach to sourcing a qualified and diverse talent pool create solutions specific to needs of the business
- Work with stakeholders to understand succession planning outcomes and develop pro-active external talent strategies, lead strategic sourcing projects and external labour evaluation for critical talent
- Identify trends within the markets that may impact on talent acquisition strategy
Collaboration and partnership
- Partner with business leaders to ensure an accurate understanding of the business strategies and priorities
- Maintain strong, well-connected relationships with hiring managers in the business and across HR, and act as credible and trusted business partner providing expertise in TA to ensure Saint-Gobain is attracting and retaining the very best talent in the industry
- Coach hiring managers in navigation between market, speed and quality while setting clear expectations on recruitment SLA, providing them with professional advice, best practices and appropriate coaching/trainings
- Build collaborative and effective partnership with recruitment providers
- Process and systems management, reporting
- Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices monitoring progress and results recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities adapting to competing demand and organizational changes
- Influence and seek continuous improvement on local processes by increasing quality of hire, reducing time to fill and cost per hire, ensure processes are deployable and delivering the right outcomes for the business
- Generate ideas to create new ways of communicating to potential applicants through the digital and social media space
- Manage rationally recruitment source split to ensure balanced budget spent, act with a cost conscious mindset
- Provide recruitment analytics
- Hold full responsibility for development, maintaining and upgrade of recruitment related database (E-staff)
- Design, plan and execute employer branding activities
- Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors
Talent Acquisition Team management
- Enable a high performing work culture across the team and develop direct reports though creating a work environment where each employee is inspired to perform at his/her best and set up for success
HR BP to Ukraine and CIS countries
- Support internal stakeholders in achieving their business goals
- Help to HR CoEs to deliver state-of-the-art HR Processes
- Provide instant and immediate feedback on all HR processes, procedures and initiatives
- Lead change management projects for internal clients and Human Resources
- Design robust succession pipelines and supporting the talent management for the entire organization
- Act as the independent advisor for employees in tough situation
Requirements:
Knowledge including: education, qualifications and training
- University degree
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Understanding of the latest trends and methodologies
Experience
- Successful 5+ years’ previous continuous experience in recruiting, in-house experience preferably
- Extensive experience in candidate assessment, as well as recruiting principles, concepts with ability educate hiring managers on conducting behavior-based interviewing and compliant candidate selection practices
- Previous experience of managing HR professionals
- Experience in executive search recruitment
- Advanced experience in using and upgrading recruitment systems
