CROCUS NANO ELECTRONICS (CNE) is looking for the creative communicational core of the team, someone inspiring and inspired - a specialist in internal communications and talent acquisition. The main aim for this position is to reinforce and establish new paths between people from all the departments as well as encounter and introduce new members to our CNE family.
This vacancy will suit best for people who always look for ways to apply their rich imagination, communication and organization skills.
If you have:
- higher education and even higher motivation;
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in internal communications, recruitment or other aspects of talent management;
- excellent written and oral communication skills both in Russian and in English;
and you are:
- proficient PC user (Power Point, Word; Excel and other);
- creative and with a good sense of humour and a wish to make this world better;
We would be glad to consider you for the Internal communications and talent acquisition specialist position, where you are supposed to:

create positive and open atmosphere by all legal means;

be in charge of all internal communications, i.e.:
-
manage and develop Company’s intranet: track significant events and prepare short articles (posts) or announcements, upload and update HR information, create new exciting content that will make the intranet popular;
-
manage informational boards: update calendars monthly and announce upcoming events or any important information in a visually attractive and creative form;
-
conduct internal polls and surveys ensuring a high participating ratio, etc.;
-
organize memorable team-buildings and different sports activities;
-
do some recruitment when necessary;
-
work on projects aimed at a better onboarding and orientation of newcomers;
-
organize trainings and participate in other talent development activities;
-
provide ideas on how to improve employee awareness and involvement and implement them.
