The position is located in Russia with responsibilities for Sales of Power Plant Solutions. The main goal Sales of power generating equipment and systems solutions in accountable segment of power gen market.
Job responsibilities:
Sales of and power gen solutions based on high speed and medium speed reciprocating generating sets, including:
- Evaluation of perspective segment of power gen market
- Contacting with potential clients and evaluation of project conditions and requirements
- Identification of best power gen solution out of company portfolio
- Feasibility of solution and project price estimation
- Management of resources (Sales Engineer, VCA manager, Order Manager) required to issue the bid
- Presentation of bid and advantages/benefits of our solution
- Recording of Sales activity in relevant CRM system/Documentation system
Contact realise including:
- Obtaining necessary approvals and permissions required prior contracting
- Negotiation of price and commercial terms
- Drafting of contract and management of signature of the contract
Implementation of contract:
- Handover of signed contract to Order Manager for implementation
- Issue of contract amendments is required
- Handover of customer to VCA manager or relevant service partner
Approval and organization of required marketing events including:
- Organization and performance of customer product trainings
- Justification and approval of required marketing event/action (exhibition, advertising and so on)
- Organization of approved marketing event/action
Requirements:
- University degree in Engineering or Economic
- Experience in Sales of perspective segment of power gen market
- Excellent negotiations skill and confidentiality
- English Upper Intermediate level +
- Excellent MS office skill (Word, Power Point, Exсel)
- Understanding of Sales process
Conditions:
- Salary based on interview results + annual bonus based on KPI results.
- Work schedule 5/2, 09.00-18.00
- Employment under the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, social package (health insurance).
