Antal currently has in excess of 150 offices in more than 40 countries, although our key markets outside of Russia & Kazakhstan are China, India, Poland, Czech Republic, Germany, Spain, Italy, Mexico, South Africa, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Romania, Turkey and Singapore.
Our line of service includes a variety of services with Mid to Senior Level recruitment taking the lead, followed by outsourcing & contracting, salary surveys, candidate testing tools, career consulting, outplacement and trainings.
Due to the expansion of our business we are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to reinforce our teams.
The Role:
- Ensures search and attraction of new customers, establishes and develops business relations with their management.
- Leads tenders, conducts negotiations, develops business offers, prepares contracts and arranges their signing. Develops proposals on rates.
- Provides preparation of contracts and all necessary appendices for it (on tariffs, procedures, KPI and document flow), arranges its signing and maintenance.
- Ensures and coordinates execution of contracts by all Antal departments throughout all stages.
- Ensures execution of contracts from clients’ side. Ensures checking of clients’ credit status. Initiates all the necessary actions to be performed in accordance to contracts.
- Discovers current and potential clients' needs in the field of recruiting services and provides HR consulting. Provides cross sales of Company services (advices on optimization of logistic function; creates clients' demand for Company's services).
- Ensures maintenance of good relations with clients. Provides active communication with current clients in order to ensure clients' satisfaction, receive necessary information and expand the volume of provided services.
- Receives and handles claims and ensures their solution. Interacts with other departments on the matter of hot issues.
- Reports to management on contracts execution.
- Monitors the current profitability by customers, reports on it to the management, initiates the process of contracts terms revision (if necessary).
- After certain period prescribed in company policies transfers attached client to KAM for further development.
- Executes other tasks delegated by immediate manager.
The Person:
- Higher education.
- 2+ years experience on a similar position.
- Professional experience with foreign companies is a plus.
- Knowledge and understanding of whole cycle of recruiting services, process of service provision, Labor Code and targeted customers market.
- Excellent communicational skills, analytical cast of mind, customer oriented, stress-resistant and good in solving issues.
- Experienced PC user (MS Office, etc.).
- English (fluent).
