Job description:
The main functions are:
to train and support field service engineers Vacuum Technique Service, distributers, partners and customers for Vacuum Technique products (all 3 brands: Edwards, Leybold, Atlas Copco).
To make start up, maintenance and repairing Vacuum Technique equipment.
To review warranty reports, organizing solving warranty cases; to control reimbursement warranty cost.
To prepare and make quotations for Vacuum Technique Service products: spare parts, service, pool products.
Specific responsibilities:
Requirements:
High technical degree. Preferable in vacuum technique.
Experience in vacuum technique more than 2 years.
Computer skills on user level.
English – Intermediate.
Medical approvals to electrical permission level 4
Customer focus
Communication skills
Pro-active approach
Stress resistance
