Job Overview
A business assistant’s responsibilities very diverse, you might be responsible for managing the flow of communication through the office, handling basic accounting tasks, managing the purchase and distribution of supplies, maintaining equipment, and coordinating the use of office space for meetings and other events, proofreading documents, working with printers, or helping to coordinate and manage events. Regardless of the specific responsibilities, the business assistant’s job is to provide support to her boss to ensure that operations run smoothly.
What Will You Do?

Arranging travel, visas and accommodation
-
Screening phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
-
Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
-
Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager;
-
Taking dictation and minutes;
-
Carrying out background research and presenting findings;
-
Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
-
Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings;

In addition to supporting managers, their team and departments,
-
Carrying out specific projects and research;

Taking on some of the manager's responsibilities and working more closely with management;

Deputizing for the manager, making decisions and delegating work to others in the manager's absence;
Key Skills Required

Minimum experience - 1-2 years

Exceptional written and oral communication skills

English is a must, the third language is a plus
