We are looking for result-oriented team player who will join our dynamically growing company.
Major tasks and responsibilities of position:
- Proven past experience and Operations know-how in Construction Business
- Direct support to Department Manager and General Directors in responsible for operating and fixing all projects issues related with site & office (Relocation of Central and Site Office, Dormitory Issues, Registration & Patent Governmental Topics, Central Office Technical Issues)
- Provides proper communication by coordinating and managing the workflows between site & office - HR, IT, Warehouse, Administration and Site HR Departments
- Responsible for coordinating and setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress of personnel for projects both on-site & at office (Personnel and Administration Department, IT Department, Warehouse and Dormitory Department,
- Manages all needs of operational employees and follows-up their routines (working times, travels, accommodation, vacations and sick leaves)
- Assists in coordinating visa support and registration for employees and visitors;
- Provides operational needs including ordering supplies, stationary, equipment within the planned budgets on-site and at office
- Manages organizational changes when a new team-member arrival.
- Coordinates the legal issues of all responsible projects, contracts with suppliers, clients, warehouses, dormitories by working collaboratively with legal department
- Coordinates, controls and follows-up payments schedules using the self-developed Software program
- Consultation and on-boarding of ERP to the up-coming employees;
- Participation in design, analytical and integration work related to the commissioning of new improvements, in software development, testing updates and all implementation projects;
- Balance control of company accounts regarding petrol and taxi cards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor and/or Master degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management etc.
- Experience in an operational at a good level – as a plus
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve problems before they arise In-depth knowledge and experience in basic Business Administration and Project Management topic;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office especially in Excel;
- Highly organized and able to effectively manage priorities and workflow
- Exercises good judgment, makes timely decisions and acts with discretion
- Excellent command of Russian and English is necessary. Fluency in Turkish is a plus
- Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, detail-oriented work environment.
- The skills of system administration of other systems (ERP) are welcome;
