We are seeking an experienced Regional HR Manager to be based in Moscow office of our Client, one of the leading IT companies with specialization in visual computing and computer graphics.
The successful candidate will be a generalist who is comfortable in both a strategic and hands-on role providing full cycle Human Resources support.
Key responsibilities:
- Driving HR excellence and process efficiency in all HR activities, supporting the full employee life cycle.
- Heading up the Regional and Local HR teams, monitoring the development activities of team members towards goals; providing feedback and coaching of team members.
- Partnering with business leaders in the region to deliver a quality HR service and ensure consistency from top talent acquisition, to talent management and employee engagement and retention.
- Routinely demonstrate analytical capabilities and be able to influence with data-driven recommendations.
- Proactively plan and design, as well as identify and diagnose issues in order to drive solutions and deliver results.
- Providing first class support to employees and managers for employment related matters such as career management, training and development, performance management, benefits and compensation management.
- Providing professional judgment and insights to challenge and support the business on a range of HR issues including attrition/retention, workforce diversity, employee satisfaction and career development opportunities.
- Working in close relationship with the global HR teams to develop and implement global HR goals and programs.
- Implementing company policies and procedures in compliance with local state/country laws. Remaining current on new laws and regulations and recommending appropriate action.
- Maintaining accurate employee records (hard and electronic). Ensuring compliance on all HR administrative matters, employment contracts, amendments, entries to employee data storage, absence/travel and all HR orders etc.
- Working closely with local teams such as Finance, Legal, Facilities to align on all employee related matters, such a payroll, Health&Safety, country policies etc.
- Playing an active role in shaping employer brand in Europe.
- Championing corporate culture and values at all times.
Key requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in HR and 4+ in a HR Management role, preferably in a technical environment.
- BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
- Proven leadership and management skills including developing self and colleagues.
- Results focused with a strong track record of delivering at pace, preferably in an international, highly matrixed organization.
- Demonstrated ability to partner and influence senior management, hiring leaders and business leaders. Effective team player.
- A thorough working knowledge of Regional and Local HR policies, processes and Employee relations. Hands-on experience with payroll systems and Human Resources Management Software is a plus.
- Formidable organizational skills, capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing/reprioritizing, with fierce attention to detail.
- Outstanding written communication skills in English and Russian.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships at all levels.
- Exceptional initiative, with the ability to extract information and work autonomously.
- A strong sense of urgency and ownership, with a high level of confidentiality.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills and high affinity for technology.
