Leroy Merlin is looking for a Talent Development Manager to join our Russian team.
We are Retail, customer centric, autonomy, social responsible, energetic and rapidly growing company that offers a great opportunity for someone interested in further developing their career.
Position Summary:
- Develop and implement the strategy for local and international Talent development programs.
- Collaborate with senior leaders, regional leaders to establish development programs and other learning opportunities regarding business needs.
- Design, build and conduct live and virtual training, particularly those programs focused on developing talent development capabilities in the stores.
- Make 'Success Factor' live in the company (succession plan).
- Responsible for the international program “Talent Booster”.
- Manage the external and internal “coaches”, responsible for the “mentoring” process.
- Work with the Project Managers training the craft to develop with them our various courses preparing / training.
- Drive key Talent Development initiatives such as succession planning, leadership development, employee engagement, talent assessments and coaching.
- Assist in creating effective development plans for high potential employees through 1:1 coaching discussions and application of assessment tools.
- Work directly with senior executives and HR peers to design and lead programs that build a strong and diverse talent pipeline for key roles.
The Talent Development Manager will be proactive, results-oriented, and able to:
- Build strong effective relationships; effectively promote ideas and influence leadership behavior through strong collaboration
- Provide thought leadership, methodology and tools to positively influence strategic direction
- Scope and effectively manage multiple projects concurrently, from inception to completion
- Align and translate strategy into specific goals, tactics, action plans and deliverables
- Partner with various stakeholder groups to expand TD capability and capacity
- Development in house Talent development programs .
Requirements:
- Experience in a large international company on career management. Detection, preparation and monitoring of potentials.
- English essential knowledge (or French) because she/he will have frequents contact with Adeo in France
- Knowledge 'success factor' would be a plus
- Systemic vision, long term vision.
