Responsibility :
· Building organizational capability through a HR Business partnering. Work with stakeholders to ensure the continuous function improvement. Support management team in applying and building on organizational development processes (Performance management, Succession planning, Talent management, etc.).
· Support transformation and changes in organizational development and people management practices. To ensure the right structures and roles are in place to meet business and employee needs. Identify and clarify needs for improvement within the existing organization and implement respective changes together with line management.
· Facilitate the Talent agenda for particular production cluster in line with business priorities in scope of staffing; develop short-term solutions as well as investing in strengthening the pipeline for driving employee’s development agenda.
· Proactively support development culture. Work with people managers on development strategy and agenda to drive the future succession planning. Ensure leadership and functional specific capability building opportunities meet organization and individual development needs.
· Working with management teams, assess, develop and implement an Employees Engagement approach (communication, recognition, employee involvement) in line with the local/group engagement strategy and initiatives.
· Facilitate headcount planning. Support preparation salaries & wages budget for production-based employees in cooperation with plant controlling, control of budget execution. Ensure quality seasonal/temporary workforce & data maintenance for legal and management purposes. Maintain required data & reporting on organization structure.
· Ensure labor relations at the Plant in compliance with current labor legislation and group principles of conduct.
Requirements :
· University’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related area.
· Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources covering C&B, Labor law, Recruiting, Labor Relations and general HR functions.
· Leadership and management experience.
· Influencing / coaching people at all levels.
· Ability to manage multiple & diverse stakeholders.
· Headcount / budget management experience.
· Intermediate in the English language.
