We are looking for a Business Assistant to our company’s TOP-manager. Our ideal candidate is expected to have strong administrative skills with a high level of self-organization and desire to work with a number of various challenges. This position requires self-efficacy, time-management, self-development and life-hacking. We expect the candidate to confidently perform everyday operations as well as more complex business tasks that are connected with the company’s strategy and goals.
We expect you to:

Have relevant experience in business and personal assistance to TOP-managers of big companies (from 3 years)

Have experience in planning and organizing events, business trips and travel-support

Work effectively with time-management tools
-
Be confident in your communication skills, be able to negotiate with contractors at various levels, and to competently express your thoughts orally and in writing

Speak English fluently – upper-intermediate level or above (levels from B2 to C2, oral/ written)
-
Know the budgeting basics, be able to work confidently with spreadsheets and financial data
-
Know business etiquette, and how to handle confidential information
-
Have completed an academic degree

Lead a healthy lifestyle
Responsibilities:

Full coordination and planning of the TOP-manager's schedule

Organization of internal and external meetings
-
Communication via e-mail and social networks (daily use of external mail, correspondence with partners and customers, responding to comments on social networks)

Lifestyle management (long-term planning of activities to support the TOP-manager's daily life)

Organization of the TOP-manager's business and personal trips (maintain business and leisure travel calendar, control the visa calendar, prepare detailed itineraries)
-
Liaise with media organizations (coordinate and organize interviews, photo shoots and video production, speeches at conferences, proofread content for the media)

Assist in preparing presentations (search for content, photos, relevant data, numbers, graphs, etc.)

Personal matters support for the TOP-manager
