This role is a new position and the responsible individual will manage three departments Clinical, Customer Success & Logistics.
· Review and maintain consistency within logistics, clinical and customer service teams (creation, review and sharing of processes, training, refreshers, monitoring) and driving continual improvements with a focus on improving the customer experience and maintaining exceptional service level.
· Responsible for recruiting, staffing, training and discipline of clinical specialists and customer success managers to support on-going clinical and customer support needs in a high growth environment.
· Ability to coach and lead a team, proposing ideas for team development to guarantee a high quality of customer interactions.
· Working cross-functionally with leads from Sales & Marketing, Finance, Legal & Regulatory in Russia and across EMEA to drive innovation, streamline procedures and find solutions to drive customer experience.
· Facilitating business growth by developing and maintaining a proactive approach when communicating with both internal and external customers.
Additional responsibilities
· Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures.
· Possess comprehensive knowledge of company processes, procedures and product information/materials.
· Offer solutions to issues that are often non-standard/non-routine and require some clarification.
· Report all unsafe activities to Manager and/or Human Resources.
· Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve team and company goals.
· Participate in special projects and/or training when requested.
· Perform other duties as assigned
Education and/or Experience
· High education, additional business/marketing education as a benefit
· Bachelor degree in dentistry, biology or chemistry will be a benefit
· Over 5 years’ experience in management a team is mandatory, possessing strong leadership and interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, have an exceptional level of commitment and a positive can-do attitude. Benefit if medical device related.

Work schedule / hours
Regular – Monday to Friday from 9:00am-6:00pm. Working after hours and during weekend may be required to support special events.
