A day in this job
- Walk in the Customer’s shoes and amaze our Customers with an excellent customer journey
- Map customer processes and create excellent customer journeys
- Make sure the Russian business is running as well as it possibly can with a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of customers
- Own, lead, drive and collaboratively align with all stakeholders on any process change recommended
- Own all incidents management, issue resolution, and complaints management related to the Russia business
- Automate reporting structures in collaboration with strategic analytics
- Develop and document standard customer processes
- Improve workflows and connected procedures
- Act as advocate of the Russia customers and business and focal point to the Service Center in Bucharest
- Analyze all operational processes including payments related to our end-customers in Russia, align with central Head of Customer Processes all operational and payment procedures, ensure proper documentation and build information space
- Evaluate reports and analysis on operations and customer data and take appropriate action
Desired skills & experience
- Excellent academic graduate with majors in economics, banking or equivalent;
- Essential: at least 4 years of working experience in similar positions (Processes in banking/financial industry, Operations, Customer Success area);
- Preferred: 3 and more years of experience on the same position in a multinational business company in the finance industry;
- Logical thinking and analytical skills;
- Ability to understand the customer’s perspective;
- Knowledge of financial products (loans) as well as how to use ticketing systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, PP), documentation;
- Ability to achieve acceptance and to communicate professionally with stakeholders in different areas and hierarchies;
- A strong team player with the passion to achieve joint targets;
- Experience working in an international matrix organisation
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and intercultural skills;
- Exhibiting initiative and a strong determination to achieve;
- A results-oriented and hands-on approach to completing assigned tasks;
- Strong MS Office skills; SQL skills preferred
- Excellent language skills in Russian and English.
