Responsibilities:
- Creating positive experience for KPMG staff by friendly personal attitude to job and staff.
- Supporting staff of below Manager level in all secretarial and administrative matters in day-to-day routine.
- Arranging external and internal meetings, conference-calls and Skype-calls.
- Assisting new-comers in arranging business trips and taxis in internal KPMG systems and providing support on the related issues to other staff, assisting with team-trips.
- Preparing and organizing timely transfer of documents to Finance department and keeping an electronic documents register.
- Providing effective cooperation with Operations Support Centre.
- Assisting in department events organization.
- Providing back -up to other Department Assistants to ensure the stability and continuity of the service.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by Performance Manager or Head of Secretariat.
To fulfill the role the candidate is expected to meet the following requirements:
- Completed higher education.
- Upper-Intermediate English (both oral and written), literate Russian.
- Administrative experience from 1 year is preferable.
- Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, Power Point).
- Telephone and business etiquette competence.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Effective communication with different categories of staff.
- Team player.
- Effective time-management skills, ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Client-centered approach, result-oriented.
- Proactive approach to problem solving.
- Stress-resistance.
- Readiness to follow formal Business and Business Casual dress codes.
- Readiness to work overtimes.
