Role Statement
Provide technical and marketing support for customers and assist the sales team in the coordination of customer projects for NGI products (metal prop for transporters, bearings, enclosures, grips, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
- Assess market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products
- Implement company strategy for (market) launch and market expansion
- Define the requirements of the stock
- Review product data to ensure that salesforce is informed about new developments/products/application
- Introduce and market new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales, advertising, and production
- Support sales activities: analysis/market research, development of the market segments
- Provide technical support for customer by telephone or on-site (deep technical expertise)
- Support sales team (visits and technical support) to develop the market and to guarantee the best solution for the customers
- Prepare customer presentations and trainings about products and applications (for customers and sales employees)
- Support Commercial Director and Sales Managers in terms of sales forecast.
- Prepare exhibitions (in all the aspects)
- Working customer-oriented.
Education and Background
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- A high level of knowledge in any production equipment or technical products at least.
- 3+ years of technical sales experience in the production \ fabrication industry. Experience in the Food & Beverages industry or OEM is preferable
- Ability to analyze technical projects and mechanical designs
- Ability to teach
Required Skills & Attitudes
Computer skills (MS Office, ERP, etc.)
Driving license B
Knowledge of products, components, manufacturing processes, and machinery
Fluent English written and spoken (Upper-Intermediate as a minimum)
Strong communication skills, high structured personality
Strong analytical abilities
Customer orientation
Proactivity
