Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s schedule, keep records of executive-level meetings;
- Coordinate payments and arrange financial documents flow;
- Provide personal and business travel support (visas, hotels, transfers, etc.);
- Work directly with the CEO’s personal staff, oversee their work;
- Establish and maintain communication with international partners, banks, mass media and local suppliers;
- Translate articles, press-releases, take part in different PR activities;
- Participate in activities connected with art: collaboration with representatives of exhibitions, art galleries, networking with artists, musicians;
- Organize conferences, business events, charity events, VIP-meetings.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of business etiquette;
- Fluent English is required (spoken and written); high level of overall literacy;
- Education level – Bachelor’s degree, additional training is preferable but not required;
- Successful candidate should be: deadline and result oriented, able to cope with various tasks while keeping priority in mind, can efficiently work under pressure; able to work independently, able to multitask, responsible, well organized, accurate; a great communicator, detail-oriented, energetic, diplomatic;
- Successful candidate should be ready for business trips upon the CEO request.
